We chose to work with Karl because of his extensive local experience and reputation, and he beat our
already high expectations. I believe Karl most commonly works as a seller’s agent, but we engaged him to assist us with buying a ranch in the Petaluma area. We appreciated that he sees his role as a trusted advisor rather than a salesperson, always pointing out potential concerns. He was also extremely patient as we worked through many issues during a longer-than-usual escrow.
